Double French doors open to the terrace to the south, overlooking the swimming pool.
Another door, being the main entrance, leads to a terrace at the courtyard.
Dining table sits 6/8 people.
Open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven and a fridge/freezer.
Separate toilet in hall, which leads to first floor.
